8. Paid Subscriptions

We offer an optional subscription service for certain additional features and use Stripe as our payment processor. By subscribing to this service you agree that your payment information will be processed by Stripe in accordance with their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You agree to payments being made on your behalf through Stripe at either a Monthly or Annual frequency. Please note that once a payment is processed through Stripe, refunds are not supported and all subscription charges are final.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland in Australia, and any dispute in relation to these Terms or your access or use of the Website will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Queensland.
